Pure Maca This is a dehydrated vege plant that has a radish like root. This  herb can be traced back 2000 years and it is grown in high altitudes. It seems to normalize hormone levels and increase energy. It can also help hot flushes , but I have no proof of  this because I didn’t get many of them. The doseage can be increased to six capsules if needed.

Meno Life–This has a day and night capsule. I used this for ages and found they helped. If you were having a real bad day, you could take two of the day capsules.

Related symptoms of magnesium deficiency include muscle cramping and spasm, chronic pain, irritability, insomnia, muscle tension, tremors, headaches, and body aches. Magnesium deficiency can cause muscle cramps with the slightest exertion and may cause cramps of the hands and feet at night.

Magnesium has a natural calming and balancing effect on the nervous system. The more serious the magnesium deficiency, the more anxious, edgy, and short-tempered the person may become.

A person who jumps at the slightest provocation is likely to have a magnesium deficit. Persons who sustain a major magnesium loss are almost always hyperirritable. Adults with magnesium deficiency can develop memory loss, impaired concentration, apathy, and depression.

Chelated minerals, they are bound to amino acids (units of protein) by strong covalent bonds that increase bioavailability and absorption of that mineral.

Chelation occurs naturally in foods, eg. chromium in brewers yeast, calcium in milk and iron in haemoglobin.

Spirulina– This is a energy boost supplement high in protein , lots of vitamin B’s trace minerals and chlorophyll. Also can be used when doing a detox    programme. High in protien and also helps with the swooning feeling.

THIS VITIMAN IS A MUST, it is needed for every symptom of menopause, well nearly. If you get that swooning feeling you need vit B5 so look on the back of a bottle a check if it has high B5,

Vitamin B1– is a water-soluble vitamin. The vitamin works to control sweat, urine, and solid waste. The vitamin affects the nervous system as well as your mental attitude.

It can keep your heart work properly and helps with your nervous system. If you feel fatigue, experience muscle tenderness, or have difficulty sleeping.

I am still taking Executive stress B. One in the morning and one at lunch time, also if I need I will take one in the evening, but if you do, keep in mind that it will give you some energy so might keep you awake.

Boron– A Trace mineral that helps with Menopausal, Hormonal and as an extra bonus, Bone and joint Health.


Vitamin B5– A must for the swooning or dizzy feeling, either on its own or there is some in the Vitamin B anti-stress.


Water

Even a little dehydrated can trigger a range of menopause symptoms. This I found out one day when I hadn’t been drinking all day and in the afternoon I thought I was going to pass out with the swooning feeling, and a light head as well.
